Today marks a significant milestone for Paradox Interactive’s award-winning city-building management game… Cities: Skylines celebrates 11 years! Paradox is ringing in the anniversary with a month-long celebration full of new content across both Cities: Skylines and Cities: Skylines II.

Here’s the breakdown of everything happening in the Cities: Skylines series this month:

  • March 5-9Cities: Skylines kicks things off with a Free-to-Play weekend on Steam.
  • March 10: An all-new, Tantalus Media-developed expansion, Race Day, invites players of the original city builder to transform their city streets into raceways. Build your dream racing venues and routes, equipped for motor racing, running, or cycling.
    • On the same day, additional free and paid content arrives with the Iconic Brutalism and Renewed History content creator packs, the 8 Gear Radio station, and a free patch adding roadside fences and an Employment Info View.
    • Purchase the expansion and the other packs individually, or via the Race Day Bundle, available on PC and consoles for $23.99.
    • Players can also access the new content through the Cities: Skylines – Expansion Subscription plan, available only on Steam at a 20% discount, for $7.99 a month.
  • March 18Cities: Skylines II welcomes the Office Evolution and City Stations content creator packs, as well as the Smooth Vibes FM and Skyrail Radio stations. In addition, following the first pass released in February by the Iceflake Studios team, a special anniversary patch will bring the Iceflake Arena signature building to the game, improve toggle zoning, and implement bug fixes.
    • City Stations adds compact depots, rail yards, a selection of stations with alternating designs, and additional landmarks.
    • Office Evolution takes players on an architectural journey from classic heritage facades to sleek, contemporary office spaces.
    • Purchase the content creator packs and radio stations individually, or via the Office Evolution & City Stations Bundle at a 15% discount, for $21.99.
  • Players eager to return to the Cities: Skylines series, or start building for the first time, can take advantage of discounts throughout March, across the base games and a selection of DLC.
