A visual work of art celebrating the John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando experience

Today’s trailer brings the game’s buddy-movie-meets-over-the-top-action spirit to life in vibrant cartoon form. Crafted by the tremendous talent at Gizmo Animation, this animated trailer features John Carpenter as a terrifying zombie party-god, with the Master of Horror himself voicing his character and setting the stage for an apocalypse unlike any other.

Powering this vibrant world and perfectly capturing the energy of ‘80s movies is the original track “Tell Me When the World Stops Ending” by synthwave band Gunship, composed specifically for the trailer. The video is a blend of animation, voice and music that flows naturally, highlighting the skill and dedication of the whole team behind it.
