Inside, Henry uncovers a forgotten dream Martin and his companions had once aspired to: repair the city’s astronomical clock. But before this task could be completed, the group fell apart, and the forge was left to ruin. Players can expect around 15 hours of new story content, packed with conspiracies, camaraderie, and unexpected twists.

The Outlast Trials – Deep Burn Limited-Time Event Gameplay Trailer

Pyromaniacs, rejoice: Season 4.1 of The Outlast Trials, Deep Burn, is ready to ignite! What better way to prepare for a world in flames than the Deep Burn Variator: a hellish trial filled with fiery hazards like fire mines, flame throwers, and an increased presence of the Pitcher: Murkoff’s resident and unhinged pyromaniac. But fear not, as the devoted staff of the facility have conveniently left water cans scattered throughout the Trial, to keep Reagents from getting too overheated.

Along with the fiery new hazards introduced in Season 4.1, two new MK-Challenges will soon be available to all Reagents, each offering their own unique form of civic engagement. In Traffick the Product, players invade the territory of sinister mafioso Franco in order to flood his streets with a new experimental opioid devised by Murkoff, creating lifelong customers and stimulating the local economy. Meanwhile, Disrupt the Neighborhood aims to break down the barriers that divide us—literally—to encourage intrusion from outsiders. After all, without any fences, we’re all free to be each other’s neighbor.

Reagents participating in this latest update can spend their hard-earned event tokens on cosmetics from the Deep Burn Catalog, exclusive to this limited-time event. Be sure to use the tokens while you can—once the event concludes, all unspent tokens will be lost.

And for those with an interest in delving ever deeper into the lore of the world of Outlast, Evidence Documents are now organized by thematics, easing entry into the twisted mind of the Murkoff Corporation. Season 4.1 of The Outlast Trials also brings a multitude of enhancements, fixes, and QoL improvements, including a rebalancing of Prime Assets Otto & Arora Kess, as well as a smoother difficulty curve for Escalation Therapy from levels 1 to 20.

The Division 2: The Pact Launches Today

The Division 2 has long pit players against a diverse array of deadly factions, but starting today with the launch of a new season called The Pact, those enemies are on the verge of uniting. Recent intel suggests the leadership of the True Sons, Outcasts, and Hyenas are planning to forge a pact — one powerful enough to shift the balance of power in D.C. and create the most dangerous threat The Division has faced yet. As players work to undermine this plot, a new open-world activity called Retaliation presents a new suite of challenges, as well as new avenues for crafting exotic weapons and gear. New seasonal modifiers add faction-themed abilities, and there is plenty of new gear and weapons to loot in-game as well as through the Season Pass.

What is Retaliation in The Division 2?

A new, permanent addition to the open-world activity slate, Retaliation kicks in when a player has sufficiently disrupted an enemy faction. That faction will mark a named zone for Retaliation and subsequently take over every control point in the area. Players must retake all the Control Points within the time limit, and in addition to the usual variety of loot, re-captured control points will reward faction-specific materials that can be used to craft exotic gear.

How Do Kill Squads Work?

While players are moving between Control Points during a Retaliation activity, Kill Squads made up of elite and named enemies will ambush them. Defeating a Kill Squad can yield exotic blueprints to help players craft exotic weapons or gear. In addition to these deadly new cadres, players can take on extra challenges called Maneuvers that will award them with extra time to capture Control Points, should they succeed.

What Are The Seasonal Modifiers in The Pact?

In keeping with the theme of the season, the modifiers are all about territory control and faction power. Players will receive global modifier bonuses for keeping named zones under SHD control. Additionally, the five active modifiers are inspired by different factions; for example, the Cleaners-themed Sanitation modifier that will set enemies in a radius on fire when triggered, granting players extra damage for each enemy they set ablaze. These modifiers can be leveled up by using them effectively against the factions that inspired them.

What New Exotics and Gear Are Available in The Pact?

The Shroud exotic marksman rifle and the Overdogs exotic gloves each increase the damage you deal against the highest- and lowest-ranking enemies on the field, respectively. The new Tempest exotic pistol (which can be looted in the Climax mission) is the first full-auto sidearm, and thus the only full-auto weapon that can be used with a shield. The Urban Lookout brand set can boost your marksman rifle damage significantly, while the Tipping Scales gear set buffs light machinegun damage and can confer a variety of talents. Additionally, two new named weapons – Achilles and Instigator – have been added to the loot pool.

What is in The Pact Season Pass?

The season pass contains both free and premium rewards for players to earn as they progress through the season. Free rewards include one exotic weapon, one exotic gear item, named weapons and gear, and a variety of cosmetic items. Premium rewards include gear dyes, weapon skins, two full outfits, and premium credits.

The Division 2 is available on Ubisoft+, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Amazon Luna, and PC via the Ubisoft Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
