Blizzard also shared a first look at the show’s offerings. Additional details can be found in the blog. Or below as well.

BlizzCon 2026 is set to combine classic fan-favorite staples with exciting new experiences. The event will kick off with the Opening Ceremony, featuring major announcements on the Main Stage in Hall D, where seating will be first-come, first-served. Attendees will have ample opportunity for hands-on gameplay across the show floor, featuring current titles like World of Warcraft, Diablo IV, Overwatch 2, Hearthstone, and Diablo Immortal. Additionally, the beloved Blizzard Arcade will return, offering a chance to play games from Blizzard’s past and present, including Heroes of the Storm and StarCraft.

The convention offers much more than just gaming, with Developer Panels providing an in-depth, behind-the-scenes look at Blizzard titles across multiple stages. Fans can gather and connect at the Hearthstone Tavern, or celebrate the community’s creativity during Community Night, which hosts popular contests and showcases talented artists. The Esports component will be a major highlight, featuring world-class competition across several titles, including the Overwatch World Cup, the World of Warcraft Arena World Championship and Mythic Dungeon International, the Hearthstone Masters Tour World Championship, and the inaugural Blizzard Classic Cup.

For unique mementos and merchandise, the Darkmoon Faire will be the spot to snag mystery items, limited edition pins, and plushies, while the BlizzCon Store will offer new gear and souvenirs. Attendees interested in a career in gaming can utilize the Portfolio and Resume reviews with Blizzard hiring teams. The event will also feature the Inclusion Nexus as a place to connect with Blizzard employees and community members, and of course, the traditional, spirited March of the Murlocs. More event details are promised in the coming months, so fans should stay tuned.
