Santa Claus is coming to town—and he’s docking at The Queen Mary! This holiday season, the iconic Queen Mary in Long Beach invites families aboard for 12 Days of Christmas, a festive celebration running from December 12 – 23, 2024. Tickets are on sale now on the Queen Mary website.

Each day is filled with merry-making activities like cookie decorating, gingerbread house building, and stocking decorating, along with jingle-worthy performances, dance parties, and photos with Santa. To make each visit extra special, every day will feature a unique event, from the Lighting of the Stacks Ceremony to Krampus After Dark and a Snow Day with real snow. Whether attending for one night or all 12, The Queen Mary’s 12 Days of Christmas promises a holly-jolly adventure for everyone.

The celebration kicks off with a grand Lighting of the Stacks Ceremony on December 12th, where guests are encouraged to “Rock Your Christmas Socks” and show off their festive flair. Each day brings something new, from Krampus After Dark on Friday, December 13th—a spooky spin on holiday traditions with live carolers—to a Snow Day on December 19th, featuring real snow play and a magical train ride.

Daily, families can enjoy cookie decorating, gingerbread house building, stocking decorating, and more. Warm up with a hot chocolate from the Hot Cocoa Bar, or capture unforgettable moments with Santa at professional photo ops in the Visitor’s Center or during his strolls around the ship’s decks. Little ones will love Story Time with Mrs. Claus, hosted in the cozy Starboard Lounge, while kids (and kids at heart) can join in the fun with dance parties held throughout the ship’s elegant salons. Don’t forget to send your letters to Santa through the North Pole Mailbox located at J.T. Jones Bookstore.

Nightly entertainment will have guests “Rocking around the Christmas Tree” each evening at 6:00 PM, while the more adventurous guests can embark on a quest to find hidden Elves on the Shelves throughout the ship. Attendees are encouraged to snap selfies with them and post on Instagram tagging @TheQueenMary for the chance to win prizes!

General admission to The Queen Mary’s 12 Days of Christmas is just $25 per person, per day. The QM Christmas Activity Pass is $45, which includes five redeemable coins for holiday activities. Guests looking to fully immerse themselves in the festive fun can also purchase a season pass for just $99, which comes with three activity coins, to experience each day’s unique offerings and special surprises. Certain activities require coin(s) to participate, including craft projects, stocking decorating, gingerbread house building, and select special events. Coins can be purchased in Santa’s Workshop or at the Ship’s Concierge Desk starting at five coins for $25.
