Today, Paradox Arc and Game River announced the release date for their strategy game Mechabellum. The tactical war game, where players command armies of mechs in an online competitive arena, has been in early access for over a year. It will officially launch as version 1.0 on September 26th, 2024, for PC at a suggested retail price of $14.99/£14.99/€14.99. Alongside the release date announcement, an in-game update has also launched today, introducing a new unit.
The full release of Mechabellum introduces new unit techs, specialists, and a seasonal system with rewards, with more content planned for the future. Since its early access debut, Mechabellum has garnered very positive feedback from players, currently holding an 84%* positive review rating on Steam.

Patch 0.9
In addition to announcing the release date, a new update (Patch 0.9) was rolled out today, introducing several new features to the game. These include a new unit, the Farseer, a tech loadout system that lets players customize unit loadouts for each game mode, and a new badge system, along with several other changes.
