E3 2023 opens up registration for industry passes today for the return of the iconic game event. E3 returns to its long-time home at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) with a reimagined format from Tuesday, June 13, through Friday, June 16, with E3 Digital Week set to begin Sunday, June 11, 2023.
Working members of the gaming industry can apply for industry passes here. Current IGDA members can have applications expedited by providing their account information in the submission. Active press and content creators may apply for free media and content creator passes here. More than 1,350 members of the media and content creators from around the globe have already applied for access to the event.
Committed to providing an improved show experience for all attendees, ReedPop is revamping E3 with separate Industry and Gamer days along with corresponding expo halls. E3 Industry Days will take place from Tuesday, June 13, to Thursday, June 15, reserved exclusively for registered contributors to video games, press, and content creators, where they will be able to access both West and South halls. E3 Gamer Days will ensue Thursday, June 15, and Friday, June 16, in the South Hall only, with access for the public, industry, and media attendees.
The West Hall, reserved exclusively for Industry Days, was created based on the feedback from game developers, and will debut a number of features to eliminate the cumbersome need of finding space to connect outside of the show halls. These include a select number of meeting rooms available to reserve on-site as well as a full-service bar located at the heart of the show.
Furthering the networking opportunities, GamesIndustry.biz will host exclusive ‘Meet the Investors’ and ‘Meet the Brands’ events designed to bring together developers and publishers with merchandise businesses, investors and more.
E3 2023 Digital Week kicks off Sunday, June 11th, and will feature many of the most popular online showcases including PC Gaming Show, Future Games Show, Guerilla Collective, and Black Voices in Gaming. Show organizer ReedPop, the driving force behind some of the world’s biggest gaming and fan events such as PAX, EGX, and Star Wars Celebration, will announce the schedule for publisher and independent press conferences in the coming weeks.
ReedPop is also proud to announce Paragon as the official E3 2023 streaming partner, who provided more than 50 million impressions for the E3 2021 stream. Additionally, premium event experience platform MeetToMatch will serve as E3’s largest partner and sponsor, bringing their expertise to connect professionals and facilitate scheduling meetings and plans for all industry attendees.

The full roster of exhibitors will be announced in the leadup to the expo, providing participating companies the opportunity to make their own individual announcements beforehand.
