20th Century Fox has announced that Prometheus 2 has officially been renamed Alien Covenant. Due out on October 6, 2017, Alien Covenant will tell the story of a colony ship that happens across the severed head of “David” (Michael Fassbender) some time after the events of the first film. Ridley Scott is set to once again direct.
