June 30, 2016 — Wargaming today announced the massive content update for the free-to-play console game World of Tanks is now available to download globally on PlayStation®4, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Update 3.1 aligns all content between the three consoles with the addition of France to PlayStation®4, and a new French tank line to all console platforms. The update also includes two new weather variant maps, Steppes Sandstorm and Erlenberg Blizzard, and announces an all-new chained-op series to earn the Tier VII AMX CDC, which kicks off July 15.
The complete French tank line has joined the ranks of PlayStation®4 featuring 44 of the most specialized and highly-mobile vehicles the French nation is known for, offering players a brand new nation with unique characteristics to unleash on the battlefield. Both platforms have also been enhanced with one more French branch featuring the FCM 36, Renault R35, Somua S35, SARL 42, Renault G1, AMX 30 1er Prototype and the AMX 30 B.
Tankers can take their new Tier 9 and 10 French vehicles for a spin on two new console-exclusive weather variant maps: Steppes Sandstorm and Erlenberg Blizzard, both highlighting treacherous driving conditions while adding a challenging and exciting layer of gameplay. Steppes Sandstorm, a generally open map, has been blasted with a dangerous sandstorm, creating an eerily desolate terrain with extreme low-visibility. Erlenberg Blizzard is snowy wasteland, with ruins separated by a massive river, which would cutoff access to the other team, only now the river is frozen, offering free-reign on the territory and new angles of attack.

FRANKFURT, Germany – June 2, 2016– A futuristic threat is buried within an ancient pyramid in Anubis, the expansive new Special Operation coming today to Crytek’s free-to-play online shooter, Warface.
Anubis – named after the god of death himself – is an epic three-stage co-op mission set in Eastern Africa, where players must battle hard, smart and as a team. Gamers must work through a network of bases, culminating in an assault on a pyramid, to disrupt Blackwood’s villainous operations.
The action comes thick and fast from the moment the team is inserted into the landing zone, where enemies are at the gate of a missile facility. After infiltrating the complex and disabling the control room, defended by deadly automatic turrets, players must repel assaults from all sides as they battle through a canyon to reach a heavily fortified dry dock. Then it’s time to blow up a Blackwood submarine. Once this objective is completed, players take the fight to the heart of Anubis’ pyramid, which houses a clandestine cyborg factory. Gamers must disable the facility and then survive waves of relentless attacks as a sandstorm engulfs the battlefield before extraction.
The new Special Operation’s three diverse stages require players to combine the strengths of the game’s four different classes to take on and eliminate a wide range of enemies. Gamers must adapt their tactics for each stage, from clearing out buildings at close-quarters to holding a defensive line in the face of marauding cyborgs, if they are to complete this action-packed new mission.
Anubis is the latest co-op Special Operation to launch for Warface. New maps, missions, weapons, items, weapon skins and challenges are regularly added to the game as Warface evolves to serve its ever-growing community.
May 31, 2016 — Wargaming is excited to start commemorating the history of tank development over the past century with our community. Over the next few months, Wargaming is unveiling a series of in-game events and specials across all platforms leading up to the anniversary of the Mark I, the very first tank deployed into battle. The first major event kicks off today with “The Motherland Calls” on Xbox 360, Xbox One and PlayStation®4. Through this, players have a rare opportunity to earn the prestigious Motherland Premium Tier VIII Medium, based on the T-54 first prototype.
During the event, tankers can participate in limited-time “Fight for the Motherland” chained ops, with new missions unlocking every few days. Once each of the operations is completed, players will earn tiered prizes culminating in the ultimate reward: the Motherland Premium. This rare tank is an armored powerhouse, and once obtained it will unlock the second chained ops event “Motherland Unleashed”, offering additional in-game bonuses including Gold, x2 Crew Experience and special medals.
“Wargaming’s development team is happy to commence 100 Years of Tanks by bringing The Motherland Calls event to console,” said TJ Wagner, Creative Director and Executive Producer at Wargaming Chicago-Baltimore. “We wanted to offer a fun and engaging way for our players to earn one of the most intense tanks we have in the game and a lot of extra rewards. With a host of special operations, in-game events and tournaments, we are confident players will have a blast with The Motherland Calls.”
Wargaming is also introducing two PvE skirmishes based on the historical battles of Prokhorovka and Caucasus, where tankers will receive an exclusive medal upon completion with a Soviet vehicle. The symmetrical desert Ghost Town and the treacherous Mountain Pass maps have also been added to the matchmaking rotation, along with two additional rare Soviet tanks, the IS-2 Tier VII Heavy and the ISU-122S Tier VII Tank Destroyer, available in the PlayStation®Store and Xbox Live Marketplace.

December 22, 2015 – Wargaming today announced the new holiday themed combat mode for World of Tanks on Xbox One and Xbox 360 will arrive December 24. The original and festive Toy Tank Mode immerses tankers in a miniature toy-scattered wonderland, putting them in command of a glossy, remote control tank, and will be available to all Xbox players through December 27.
A change of scenery from standard tank warfare, Toy Tank Mode offers a more playful way to battle against your friends in a custom holiday garage, where miniaturized toy tanks navigate around a battlefield of presents. Traversing through toy-made ramps, blocks and gifts, tankers will enjoy an experience like no other, where every aspect of the game including crew voices has been scaled down for lighthearted tank encounters.
The Tier IX, “Toy Tank” is modelled from the French Tier V BDR G1 B and outfitted with a spring-loaded turret that fires suction cup dart rounds that comically attach to enemy tanks with each successful hit. In a rambunctious fight for victory, these carefully crafted toy tanks drive straight from the workshop to the console with special holiday emblems available only during this event.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. – August 26, 2015 – Today Activision Publishing, Inc. shared a new behind-the-scenes trailer for Tony Hawk’s® Pro Skater™ 5 that chronicles each of the skateboarding professionals in the game. There are riders from different eras of skateboarding sharing their perspectives on gaming history and how the classic THPS games intersected with the ever-progressing skateboarding scene, as well as what it’s been like to participate in THPS5.
Tony Hawk himself oversaw the inclusion of the following pros in THPS5: Nyjah Huston, Riley Hawk, Aaron “Jaws” Homoki, Ishod Wair, Leticia Bufoni, Chris Cole, David Gonzalez, Andrew Reynolds, and Lizzie Armanto.
“I wanted a mix of pros that represent the diversity of skating today. Ishod Wair, David Gonzalez, and my son Riley were obvious choices because of their versatility and relevancy to modern skaters. The girls are represented well with two of the best: Leticia Bufoni on street and Lizzie Armanto on transition. Andrew Reynolds (aka The Boss) is still considered one of the best, so he is back representing the OG THPS skaters. Chris Cole and Nyjah Huston are contest dominators and phenomenal talents,” said Tony Hawk. “And Aaron ‘Jaws’ Homoki, is a modern-day stuntman on a skateboard, dropping off the biggest stuff he can find. He was a perfect fit for the over-the-top action of THPS5.”
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 rekindles the signature style of classic Pro Skater games in a brand-new set of levels with the same renowned focus on daring objectives, fine-tuned controls – including manuals and reverts – for endless shredding and high-score tricks. On PlayStation®4 and Xbox One, players will enjoy seamless online multiplayer, letting them drop in and out of online skate sessions with up to 20 challengers at one time. Complete missions, unlock new content and level up online or offline, or go head-to-head on the fly against all takers in competitive matches. Players can also build their own skateparks to share with the community.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 is scheduled to launch in North America on Sept. 29, 2015 for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One for $59.99. The game is also planned for release without online play on Xbox 360 and the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system on Nov. 10 for $39.99.
