- WHAT IS THE GAMING SHOGUN OFFICIALLY SPONSORED IdeazonTM ZboardTM GAMING KEYBOARD AND Tabula RasaTM Zboard Keyset GIVE-AWAY? The give-away is a drawing-style contest conducted a shameless attempt to increase registered users to the Shogun’s new site. Though relatively new to the game, GAMING SHOGUN has already made significant media contacts at a number of gaming/entertainment companies. This is good news for YOU, the casual gamer, as the good folks at Ideazon
offered to sponsor this contest for us!
- PRIZE: One lucky user will be randomly selected to receive the grand prize of an IdeazonTM ZboardTM gaming keyboard and a
limited edition Tabula RasaTM
Zboard Keyset. More information on the keyboard can be found here. The keyboard and keyset are new and unopened in the condition that they were sent
to us from Ideazon.
- AGREEMENT OF OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the GAMING SHOGUN IdeazonTM ZboardTM Keyboard and Tabula RasaTM Zboard Keyset
Give-Away constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of GAMING SHOGUN, which are final and binding. Resistance is futile. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.
- ENTRY: The give-away is open to any homo sapiens-sapiens with a pulse. The Shogun prefers you also have fingers; otherwise entering to win this keyboard is just unfair. The Shogun does not discriminate, however, and the contest is open to all. The give-away begins on April 7th, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on May 7th, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Entry Period”). To enter, simply register at www.gamingshogun.com. All registered users are automatically entered into the give-away, including users who registered before the start of this contest. There is a limit of one entry per household.
- ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of user registrations received. This is the Shogun’s first attempt at generosity, thus he has no estimate of the potential number of registrants who will participate.
- DRAWING/NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The Shogun will conduct the drawing on May 7th, 2008 at the GAMING SHOGUN executive office. Winners will be notified via a link on their user profile posted no later than May 8th, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PT. THE WINNER MUST VIEW THEIR OWN PROFILE AFTER THE DRAWING HAS CONCLUDED, AND CLICK THE LINK TO CONFIRM ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION. The winner will NOT receive email notification of being selected. IF YOU DO NOT SEE A 'WINNER' BUTTON, IT MEANS YOU ARE NOT A WINNER! Unless you click the notification link within 72 hours, the Shogun will delete your profile and find a user more worthy of the prize. In the event a second user is selected, the Shogun will publicly announce the defeat of the first user, and encourage other users to check their profiles for the winning notification link, for there may be some SECRET prizes thrown about as well.
- DISCLAIMER: The Shogun’s lawyer asked him to proclaim that he makes no representations or warranties regarding the IdeazonTM ZboardTM gaming keyboard and Tabula RasaTM Zboard Keyset. The keyboard
and keyset are being given away AS-IS. While they seem in perfect condition, the Shogun has no control over the United States Postal System, or any number of other factors which could have affected the items en route too or once they leave the Shogun’s office. Any questions or complaints about the keyboard or keyset should be addressed directly to the nice people at IdeazonTM.
